Following the decree of 21 December 2022 on the budgetary and accounting instruction M 57 applicable to single local and regional authorities, metropolises and their public administrative establishments, the reference M57 applies to the municipality of La Rochelle and the Community of Aglomeration of La Rochelle instead of the reference M14
