Description
Presentation
To accelerate recovery and support ecological, demographic, digital and economic transitions in the territories, the Government has proposed to local authorities a new type of contract: the Green Transition and Recovery Contract (CRTE).
Data
The dataset contains:
— list of CRTEs

| id_crte | Identifying the ecological recovery and transition contract |
| lib_crte | wording of the recovery and ecological transition contract |
| type_grp_crte | number of clean tax eci included in an ecological recovery and transition contract (mono = 1 single epci | pluri = X epci). If the territory concerned is a municipality or a group of municipalities, the value will be mono. |
| crte_interdep | interdepartmental recovery and ecological transition contract (0=no | 1=yes) |
| crte_interreg | interregional recovery and ecological transition contract (0=no | 1=yes) |
| dep_chef_file | Insee code of the lead department of the contract |
| lib_dep | department label |

Opening the data file
If you are using the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, a particular operation is required to open the data file:
1. Create a new Excel workbook
2. Click on the Data tab located in the ribbon and then click from the text_
_3. Choose the location of the csv file and click Importer_
_4. In the window that opens, choose the option Delimited and in File Origin, choose 65001: Unicode UTF8. Click on Next_
_5. Select only the Separator Virgule. Click on Next_
_6. Choose the right column data format by referring to the dataset documentation. Click Finish**.
