Demonstration of a preliminary combination of sea ice classifications from optical and SAR data

Description

Sea ice information (classification) from Sentinel-3 SLSTR data and Sentinel-1 SAR data (Aythetic Aperture Radar). A result of EisKlass31 was the demonstration that a combination of both sensors allows a much more detailed approach of the ice types than the classification from only one data source. A data set consists of - Content description - SLSTR classification, continuous colouring, RGB, 8-bit per colour extract, TIFF - SAR classification, 8-bit per colour extract, TIFF - SLSTR classification, reduced to main colors, RGB, 8-bit per color excerpt, TIFF - Demonstration of a combination, RGB, 8-bit per color extract, TIFF - Legend about the SLSTR classification - Legend of the SAR classification - legend about the combination of classifications
