Description

This dataset is the result of a study conducted for ADEME and ANRU to identify the Black Noise Points (PNDs) present in the priority neighbourhoods of the New National Urban Renewal Programme (NPNRU) (https://librairie.ademe.fr/air-et-bruit/4635-base-de-donnees-des-batiments-points-noirs-de-bruit-dans-les-quartiers-du-npnru.html#/44-type_de_produit-format_electronique), in order to carry out renovation operations combining thermal and acoustic improvements. GNP corresponds to sensitive buildings in areas where noise exposures are exceeded for road and rail infrastructure. The data are derived from the noise observatories and strategic noise maps of the European Directive on noise management and prevention. However, they also include information on exposure to airport acoustic nuisances by integrating information on noise exposure plans and noise discomfort plan (PEB and PGS). In addition, they incorporate additional fields to facilitate the prioritisation and programming of renovation operations.Finally, all BDTopo 2020 buildings in priority neighbourhoods have been kept and fed by other bases such as land files, premium address base, etc. For example, we offer you [a detailed representation for the municipality of Fort-de-France](https://data.ademe.fr/datasets/pnb_972). Each building is identified by graphic representation on the map background. The buildings identified as “priority” are coloured in red, those “non-priority” in green.
