PCAET (v2) – Approaches – Part 3

Description

Communities to implement a climate-air-territorial energy plan (PCAET) under Article L229-26 of the Environmental Code: * Have the opportunity to file their draft PCAET on the [Territories and Climate] platform ( https://www.territoires-climat.ademe.fr/#_blank ), this deposit being sent for notice to the Regional Prefect as provided for in R229 @-@54 . * Are required to file their adopted PCAETs on the [Territories and Climate] platform ( https://www.territoires-climat.ademe.fr/#_blank ). The [Territories and Climate] platform(https://www.territoires-climat.ademe.fr/#_blank) offers a section [Open Data](−) providing datasets for download. We also offer these datasets from this portal, updated daily, to allow you a better reuse, especially via API. The dataset presented here contains the extractions of **ENR production data (details below) on the PCAET procedures published** with version 2 (V2) of the filing form, i.e. after spring 2020.
