Essential data relating to the public procurement of the City of Antibes

Description

The publication of the essential data of the Public Order, provided for in Article R2196-1 of the Public Order Code, is the free and complete provision of market data. The City of Antibes publishes contracts meeting a need whose value is equal to or greater than 25,000 euros excluding VAT. They concern the procurement procedure, the content of the contract and the performance of the contract, in particular in the event of modification. The objectives of this publication are: transparency, sound management of public funds and the prevention and fight against corruption. It is also about the management of purchasing policies and the economic development of companies that will be able to better meet the needs of public buyers and / or develop new services for the improvement of public order policies. Data published up to 31 December 2022 are based on formats based on regulatory texts published on 14 April 2017 and updated on 22 March 2019. The data published from 1 January 2023 onwards are based on the formats described by the Decree of 22 December (as amended by the Decree of 18 March 2024) relating to essential public procurement data, almost one year before its entry into force on 1 January 2024. For 2023, a complementary set identifies only all contract amendments running in 2023. For the reuse of this game, whose conditions (open license / open license 2.0) are very flexible, it is however mandatory to mention the authorship of the information in the following form: ‘Source: City of Antibes, available on data.gouv.fr, updated on [insert last update date]’.
