Deliberations of the member organisations of Mégalis Bretagne

Description

This dataset makes it possible to meet the regulatory obligations concerning the publication of the deliberation data of the member organisations of Mégalis Bretagne. It also makes it possible, with transparency, to inform citizens about the decisions taken. The GDPR compliance dimension has also been taken into account: organisations may choose to publish the deliberation (URL present in the schema) or not to publish the deliberation as such (all fields entered except the deliberation download URL). Whether or not to publish the information remains the responsibility and responsibility of each body. Technically, data is automatically retrieved from streams passing through the deeds teletransmission service (through which community deliberations pass) of the Mégalis service platform. The data is structured in SCDL format (https://schema.data.gouv.fr/scdl/deliberations/). The service was put into production on 30/09/2021, with an update every night. There are the datasets of the Mégalis members meeting 2 conditions: . those who use the teletransmission service of Mégalis acts . those who have actually chosen to publish their document in opendata.
