Benchmark and correlation table for observations in livestock
Description
Reference table of observations enabling interoperability and exploitation of records of livestock registers.
The proposed table proposes and allows the link between:
— the French and English terms for an observation relating to farmed animals (symptom or syndrome, diagnosis, analysis, other physiological or zootechnical observations,...),
— SNOMED v3.5 coding and [SNOMED CT](https://www.snomed.org/) including [veterinary extension](https://vtsl.vetmed.vt.edu/),
— codification [ICAR](https://www.icar.org/index.php/publications-technical-materials/amendments-recording-guidelines/diseases-codes-for-cows/) (1 <> 1),
— the coding used within [Vet’Elevage](https://www.vetelevage.fr/) (1 <> 1),
— the coding used in the application [SIEL](https://www.france-conseil-elevage.fr/) (n -> 1).
The match is based on a perennial unique pivot identifier (IDOBS) for each term.
The usual comments should be understood as the comments referenced or proposed by the **users of the referenced repositories**. If usual observations used in French-speaking applications are missing, do not hesitate to report them to complete this correlation table.
**@Développeurs and software publishers, researchers and academics**: If you want to go further especially in terms of data valorisation, this dataset is available in full version usable in a parser to make meaningful a set of observations in breeding with all the tokens and their specific veterinary diagnostic references.
