Detailed profile of tenant candidates on Easy File
Description
This file aggregates anonymised data from a sample of files created by tenant candidates in October 2020 on Easy File, which were manually enriched by Easy File operators for testing purposes. Data enrichment was carried out on the basis of supporting documents uploaded by users: ID, proof of residence, tax notice...
These data make it possible to better understand the socio-demographic profile and the geographical origin of persons wishing to access a rental in the private park in France, their rate of effort (the share of resources devoted to housing).
