Ad hoc representation of the official physical addresses of the city of Nouméa
The addresses of the city of Nouméa are usually defined with even numbers on one side and odd on the other.
The addresses are updated by the Study Roads subdivison depending on the evolution of the parcel and the new constructions.
List of attributes:
ObjectID — Identifier specific to the production software (do not use)
codeway — Identifier of the path to which the address is attached (WWXXXX)
idtronum — track section identifier to which the address is attached
idadrs — address identifier
idadrs on 12 digits --> WWXXXXYYYYZZ
WW = isee identifier of the municipality
XXXX = track identifier
Yyyy = number
ZZ = complement (26 = BIS, 27 = TER...etc..)
number — address number (without BIS, TER...)
comp_num — supplement to the number (BIS, TER...)
attribution — attribution of address
num_cour — address number in current format
num_graf — address number in graphic format
libelle — full address wording
belonging — municipality of belonging
management — database manager
globalid — Identifier specific to the production software (do not use)
subdivision — name of the subdivision concerned
track_num — Identifier of the track to which the address is attached (WWXXXX)
