Electric charging stations — Territoire de Grand Poitiers CU Background Since [Decree No 2017-26 of 12 January 2017](https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/affichTexte.do?cidTexte=JORFTEXT000033860620&dateTexte=&categorieLien=id), data on the geographical location and technical characteristics of electric vehicle charging stations and recharging points open to the public must be published on [data.gouv.fr](http://data.gouv.fr/). The format of the data is defined by [the Order of 12 January 2017](https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/affichTexte.do?cidTexte=JORFTEXT000033860733&categorieLien=id). Etalab regularly consolidates files deposited on [data.gouv.fr](http://data.gouv.fr/) with the tag ‘IRVE’. ## Consolidation from 2018 Since September 2018, the data are automatically consolidated by Etalab. The source code is [available here](https://github.com/etalab/notebooks/blob/master/irve/irve.ipynb). The datasets must have the tag ‘IRVE’. The source files must be in ‘csv’ format and follow the format defined by [the Order of 12 January 2017](https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/affichTexte.do?cidTexte=JORFTEXT000033860733&categorieLien=id) to appear in the consolidated version, in particular on the columns ‘id_pdc’ and ‘date_maj’ which serve as a pivot.
