Active Soil Management de Kempen (abdk-meetnet)
Description
In the Active Soil Management de Kempen (abdk) measurement network, groundwater quality is monitored as a result of heavy metal contamination (cadmium and zinc) by (historical) activities of the zinc ore processing industry.
The measuring network (as of 2016) consists of 58 locations with 263 filters at different depths. The measurement network is shared by the province of North Brabant as the province of Limburg.
