Description
The Directorate-General for Innovation, Research and Digital Transformation, under the Ministry of Science, Innovation and University of the Principality of Asturias in collaboration with the Cartography Service of the Directorate-General for Spatial Planning and Urban Planning of the Principality of Asturias, has drawn up a map that determines the eligible areas belonging to the UNICO Rural Demand Programme for 2023 (updated to 5 June 2023) belonging to the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation.
This map allows citizens to search and locate the aforementioned areas in which 100Mbps Internet access can be accessed and serves as a complement to the information published by the Ministry.
The UNICO Rural Demand Plan is designed to guarantee 100Mbps Internet access to any inhabitant, municipality, SME, self-employed or non-profit organisation, at a price of EUR 35.
This service can be requested through the affiliated operators.
The map shows the eligible areas shaded in blue, belonging to the Principality of Asturias.
Each of the zones is determined by the cadastral reference (REFCAT) and the municipality to which the said area belongs.
