Description
Urban planning law in France provides for many tools to regulate construction.
In towns and villages which do not have a local planning plan, a municipal map or a document in place, these provisions are laid down in the national urban planning regulation.
It is, moreover, an incorrect name, since they have been containing legal provisions since 1975 rather than merely regulatory provisions as before.
