Description

Contained within the Federal Elections, 1968 to 2001, Atlas of Canada series, is a map that shows the results of the federal election on July 8th, 1974. This map consists of a main map at 1: 7 500 000. Surrounding it are 20 insets, with these being either at 1: 500 000 or at 1: 250 000. To the left of the map is a table showing detailed results for each electoral district: member elected percentages of the vote for various parties, and the party elected in 1974 and in the preceding election, 1972.
