Description
The data are part of the administrative regulation Cavity Areas of the Saxon Oberbergamt. They contain areas where underground cavities are known (cavity areas) and areas with underground cavities that are subject to the scope of the Federal Mining Act (areas with mine constructions under mining supervision). The cavity areas identified in the cavity map include the digitised areas of the thematic map “Old Mining” in scale 1:25000. More information about areas with underground cavities can be found at http://www.bergbau.sachsen.de/8181.html. The data of the geotechnical blocking areas of LMBV mbH are based on the digital data of the Bergmännisch Risswerk in accordance with the Federal Mining Act (BBergG) §§ 63, 64 and were converted by data-technical transformation into the used editor format in the geoportal of LMBV mbH.
