Development plan Lurup 36 1st amendment Hamburg
Description
Paragraph 2 of the Ordinance on the Lurup 36 Development Plan of 26 January 1971 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette, page 16) is amended as follows:
1. The previous determination shall become point 1.
2. In point 2, the following is added:
2. In the core area, gambling halls and similar undertakings within the meaning of Paragraph 33(i) of the Trade Code, which serve the installation of gaming equipment with or without profit opportunities, as well as demonstration and business premises whose purpose is aimed at representations or acts of sexual character, shall be prohibited.’
