The Syndicat Mixte des Transports du Petit Cul de Sac Marin (SMT), established in 2004, is the Organising Authority for Mobility (AOM) on the perimeter of the Cap Excellence (CAPEX) and Riviera du Levant (CARL) agglomeration communities.
