The map indicates the location of wastewater treatment plants for wastewater from sewered urban communities and businesses.
Sampling is carried out in the inlets and outlets at the wastewater treatment plants in order to be able to calculate the quantities discharged and to check whether the discharge complies with the prescribed discharge requirements.
