Address — Bases Local Addresses + Routes — Calvados
Description
The Department of Calvados, via the network [Calvados Ingénierie](https://www.calvados-ingenierie.fr/accueil/nos-offres/sig---geomatique.html), supports the municipalities in the standardisation of their addresses. In this context, a [departmental office](https://atlas.calvados.fr/) has been developed to enable municipalities to set up and maintain their local address base (BAL).
Two files are available for free download:
1. BAL14: This file contains the addresses entered in the departmental counter in the format Base Address Locale (BAL) specified by the Association des Ingénieurs Territoriaux de France (AITF). The file is updated automatically every week from changes made by the municipalities within the departmental counter.
2. VOIES14: This file contains the paths created and named by the municipalities as part of their addressing project. The seizure is carried out with a topological clash on the repository of the Topo comic book.
