Departmental Households of Disabled Persons (MDPH)

>> ** 19/09/2022 warning:**

— This version of the game represents the state of the information that the Onisep documentary network has been able to obtain on the field since September 2021 and update in the ideo database.

— To know:
a reorganisation in progress and groupings of structures under the name “homes of autonomy (MDA)”, welcoming both the elderly and the disabled, will also have consequences on this data.

MDPHs (Departmental Houses of Persons with Disabilities) receive all claims for entitlements and benefits.
They build, together with the disabled person and their family, the PPC project (personalised compensation plan) on the basis of their life plan.
The MDPHs ensure the implementation of decisions taken by the CDAPH (Commission for the Rights and Autonomy of Persons with Disabilities), in particular those concerning reception in institutions.
