REDIAM. WMS HIC 3250 Permanently flowing Mediterranean rivers with Glaucium flavum
Description
WMS service corresponding to the non-priority Habitat of Community Interest 3250 of the rivers of the regions of Mediterranean climate with permanent flow, although it fluctuates throughout the year, that carry alluvial deposits of gravel in their margins, colonized by pioneer vegetation of low bearing. It should be noted, therefore, that HIC 3250 is the river with alluvial deposits of gravel, and not only the vegetation that colonizes these deposits. Consequently, the phytosociological basis used in the definition of habitat types of Community interest, characterised by the specific structure and composition of plant species, does not allow this habitat type to be easily interpreted ecosystemically.
