Description
To enable its members to meet, to help each other, to inform and communicate about obesity; place of sharing for people after a passage in bariatric surgery, as well as those who wonder about their overweight or obesity, and their accompanying persons and spouses; it is a complement to the medical team, it acts in close collaboration with it, a bridge between the patient and the doctors, in a course of surgical or medical care; lifts people out of isolation at a time when obesity is becoming a major public health issue; gives its members the means to occupy their rightful place, to make known and achieve their wishes and aspirations and to fight against discrimination against its members suffering from overweight or obesity
