Description
Description of the INSPIRE Download Service (predefined Atom): Adjacent areas at a distance of 0-200 m around Special Protected Areas (SPAs). In order for wind energy projects in the vicinity of bird protection areas to be feasible, it must be possible to exclude significant effects on the protection purposes of the area as part of the Habitats Impact Assessment. At the chosen distance of 200 m, effects of wind turbines on Natura 2000 sites cannot be categorically excluded, so there is a certain risk of permitting.
