Description
Description of the INSPIRE Download Service (predefined Atom): Areas where the wind speed is not sufficient for profitable operation of wind turbines (limit wind speed 6.5 m/s at 150 m above ground based on the Global Wind Atlas). The value was derived empirically on the basis of an evaluation of existing plants and approved plants.
