PCAET (v1) – Approaches – Part 2

Description

Communities to implement a climate-air-territorial energy plan (PCAET) under Article L229-26 of the Environmental Code: * Have the opportunity to file their draft PCAET on the [Territories and Climate] platform ( https://www.territoires-climat.ademe.fr/#_blank ), this deposit being sent for notice to the Regional Prefect as provided for in R229 @-@54 . * Are required to file their adopted PCAETs on the [Territories and Climate] platform ( https://www.territoires-climat.ademe.fr/#_blank ). The [Territories and Climate] platform(https://www.territoires-climat.ademe.fr/#_blank) offers a section [Open Data](−) providing datasets for download. We also offer these datasets from this portal, updated daily, to allow you a better reuse, especially via API. The dataset presented here contains the extractions of **energy-climate and sequestration data (detailed below) of the PCAET procedures published** with version 1 (V1) of the filing form, i.e. before spring 2020. This file contains the following information: * Resuming file fields [PCAET steps – Part 1/4 – General information (Form V1)] ( https://data.ademe.fr/datasets/pcaet-demarches-partie-1-entete ); * Greenhouse gas emissions: for each sector (8) and each period (5); * Energy consumption: for each sector (8) and each period (5); * Vulnerability to climate change: Presence of vulnerability and objectives (Yes/No) for each vulnerability domain (16); * Carbon sequestration: estimate of net sequestration and its development potential for each soil type (3) with their respective reference years. ***Sectors**: residential, tertiary, road transport, other transport, agriculture, waste, non-energy industry, energy industry.* ***Periods**: year of diagnosis, 2021, 2026, 2030 and 2050.* ***Domains**: agriculture, planning/urban planning, biodiversity, waste, water, green spaces, forest, energy management/production/distribution, industry, coastline, residential, health, civil security, tertiary, tourism, transport.* ***Soil types**: forest, cropland/prairies and other soils.* ***Targets**: vegetation, soils, buildings, others.* The detailed description of the content of the dataset is available in the file “Data exploitation record” accessible via the [Open Data](https://www.territoires-climat.ademe.fr/opendata#_blank) page of Territories & Climate.
