PCAET (v1) – Approaches – Part 3

Description

Communities to implement a climate-air-territorial energy plan (PCAET) under Article L229-26 of the Environmental Code: * Have the opportunity to file their draft PCAET on the [Territories and Climate] platform ( https://www.territoires-climat.ademe.fr/#_blank ), this deposit being sent for notice to the Regional Prefect as provided for in R229 @-@54 . * Are required to file their adopted PCAETs on the [Territories and Climate] platform ( https://www.territoires-climat.ademe.fr/#_blank ). The [Territories and Climate] platform(https://www.territoires-climat.ademe.fr/#_blank) offers a section [Open Data](−) providing datasets for download. We also offer these datasets from this portal, updated daily, to allow you a better reuse, especially via API. The dataset presented here contains the extractions of **ENR production data (details below) on the PCAET procedures published** with version 1 (V1) of the filing form, i.e. before spring 2020. This file contains the following information: * Resuming file fields [PCAET steps – Part 1/4 – General information (Form V1)] ( https://data.ademe.fr/datasets/pcaet-demarches-partie-1-entete ); * Diagnosis of ENR production: for each sector (14) and by energy carrier (4) with their reference years; * ENR production: for each sector (14) and each period (5); * ENR Consumption: for each sector (14) and each non-diagnostic period (4); * Valorisation: the energy recovery and storage potential for each non-diagnosis period (4). ***Wirings (vectors)**: terrestrial wind (electricity), solar photovoltaic (electricity), solar thermodynamic (electricity), hydraulic (electricity), solid biomass (electricity), biogas (electricity), geothermal (electricity), solid biomass (heat), heat pumps (heat), geothermal (heat), solar thermal (heat), biogas (heat), biomethane (biomethane), biofuels (biofuels).* ***Periods**: year of diagnosis, 2021, 2026, 2030 and 2050* The detailed description of the content of the dataset is available in the file “Data exploitation record” accessible via the [Open Data](https://www.territoires-climat.ademe.fr/opendata#_blank) page of Territories & Climate.
