Preparation for the 2024 Olympic Games: sports disciplines that can be welcomed in Antibes
Description
Welcoming delegations from all over the world in Antibes for a preparation course, or as a back base during the Games, is to offer them the optimal conditions to train, recover from time lag, acclimatise and prepare for the best of the Games at the summit. This unique opportunity was offered to Antibes as a community labeled Terre de Jeux 2024 and then the Centre de Preparation for the Games (CPJ). All the centres, including Antibes, were listed in an online catalogue proposed at the Tokyo Games to 206 National Olympic Committees (NOCs) and 182 National Paralympic Committees (CNPs) that would like to make part of their preparation for the Games in France. The National Olympic and Paralympic Committees will be free to choose where they want to send their athletes, over what period and how long.
