Key procurement data for Atexo platforms

This dataset gathers data from platforms (or buyer profiles) that use Atexo Trust-MPE. These platforms have the particularity of not offering bulk downloads and therefore not being able to be downloaded as part of the [official consolidation] (https://www.data.gouv.fr/en/datasets/5cd57bf68b4c4179299eb0e9/).

So I contacted the buyer profiles and asked for permission to download the data from their portal, file by file, using a script*. In jargon, this technique is called "Web scraping". Some platforms have accepted, so their data is available below.

These easily downloadable data are included in the [official consolidation] (https://www.data.gouv.fr/en/datasets/5cd57bf68b4c4179299eb0e9/).
