Identification of fibre deployment zoning in the regional territory. 4 zones are distinguished here: - Call Zones for Investment Intention Station (AMII) where private operators have committed to deploy and connect fibre by 2022 - Local Commitments Call Areas where a call for tenders has been launched by local authorities to deploy and connect fibre - the Public Initiative Networks (PINs) managed by local authorities with two phases of deployment
