The Statistical Yearbook of the City of Heidelberg contains a variety of interesting information on the most diverse areas of Heidelberg life and the development of the city. Particular emphasis was placed on longer time series and time-comparative graphs and tables. It consists of 14 chapters and more than 150 tables and graphics, which can be viewed and accessed in detail on the website of the city of Heidelberg.
The surveys in the chapter Health deal with the existing number of beds by specialization in the Heidelberg hospitals and their occupancy as well as the causes of death of the deceased Heidelbergers.
