New-Aquitaine: Coastal Law — Communes (surfacing)
Description
Act No. 86-2 of 3 January 1986, known as the Coastal Law, contains a series of measures relating to the protection and development of the coastline and the most important inland water bodies, to which estuaries were added in 2004.
In 2005, the law evolved and partly reverts to the system in place.
