Electronic Federal Law Gazette (federal e-announcement platform)
Description
Since January 2023, federal laws and ordinances have been promulgated exclusively online on the federal promulgation platform. Thus, the Federal Law Gazette in its official version is available to all interested parties on the Internet.
The file format of the promulgated laws and regulations is initially only PDF. In addition to the PDF format, a machine-readable format (XML file in LegalDocML.de) should also be offered.
Via RSS news feeds, you can subscribe to the machine-readable metadata for new publications in the Federal Law Gazette Part I and Part II.
The publications in the electronic Federal Law Gazette are carried out by the Federal Office of Justice.
