Description
The BD Forest® version 2.0 is a reference database for forest space and semi-natural environments. It constitutes the geographical reference for the description of forest species. It describes forest and natural plant formations through a soil cover approach reflecting a description of the cover density of the stand, its composition and the dominant essence, for elements of more than 5 000 m² (i.e. 0.5 hectares). OPenIG makes available in shapefile format version 2 of the BD Forest pour l’Aude as well as the associated documentation.
