Regional Planning, Sustainable Development and Territorial Equality Scheme (SRADDET)
Description
Completion of the 2015 NOTRe Act, which strengthens the role of regions in regional planning. The SRADDET "Here 2050" is therefore a work called "foresight", which involves projecting into what we want for Burgundy-Franche-Comté within 30 years, while taking into account the realities, achievements, ambitions and trends that can already be observed. The Region, which has been working on this major project since 2017, adopted the draft SRADDET at its plenary meeting on 27 and 28 June 2019. All the territories of Burgundy-Franche-Comté will have to follow in order to achieve the ambitions defined. It is thus ‘prescriptive’, that is to say, enforceable against a number of other planning documents – only in so far as that prescriptiveness does not generate recurrent burdens for local authorities, and if it is not regressive in relation to other schemes and documents.
