Simulator: CALCULATE THE MAINTENANCE BENEFITS OF THE MATERNAL ASSISTANT

Description

The official website of the French administration service-public.fr refers to a hundred simulators available to answer a wide range of administrative questions that arise for individuals and professionals. Some of these simulators have been developed by the Directorate of Legal and Administrative Information (DILA), including the simulator CALCULER THE INDEMNITES OF THE MATERIAL ASSETS. This simulator allows the individual employer or maternal assistant to calculate the monthly amount of the maternal assistant’s maintenance allowance. These allowances are payable by the employer per day of attendance. There are 3 types: statutory indemnity, contractual compensation and contractual compensation. The most advantageous should be paid to the employee. The allowance is at least EUR 2.65 and its amount varies depending on the length of stay when it is longer than 7h45. This period corresponds to the threshold where the pro rata calculation of the legal allowance according to the actual time of custody becomes more advantageous than the conventional allowance. The simulator data provided by DILA shall consist of: • a presentation of the simulator in PDF format; • an XML file presenting the rules for calculating the simulator; • a style sheet in CSS format; • reference data in JSON format; • a schema of reference data in SCHEMA.JSON format
