Description
The development plan Wilhelmsburg 81 for the scope (2 leaves) south of Rahmwerder Straße, east of the Niedergeorgswerder Deich and north of the Buschweide (sheet 1) and on the Wilhelmsburg Dove-Elbe, Hövelpromenade (Blatt 2) (District of Harburg, district 713) is established.
The area shall be limited as follows:
Sheet 1: Northern boundaries of parcels 976, 5152, 4889 of the Wilhelmsburg — Niedergeorgswerder Deich area — across parcels 9063, 1288, 1287, 1286, 8784, 1279, 9982, 9981 and 10865 (Langenhövel), south and west boundary of parcel 988, western boundaries of parcels 9067, 9069 and 976 of the Wilhelmsburg area.
