Certification of the 2019 accounts of the general social security scheme
Description
The Court publishes its fourteenth report on the certification of the accounts of the general social security system, covering the financial year 2019.
For the seventh consecutive year, it certifies the accounts of all entities of the general regime, while attaching 28 reservations (compared to 29 for 2018) the opinions it formulates on their regularity, sincerity and loyalty.
Several reservations were lightened in 2019, as the audit did not renew 23 findings motivating the reservations on the 2018 accounts.
Despite these new developments, uncertainties and anomalies continue to affect the reliability of the accounts of the main social security system.
