Description

For natural PPRs, the Environmental Code defines two categories of areas (L562-1): Risk areas and areas which are not directly exposed to risks but where measures may be taken to avoid aggravating the risk. depending on the level of hazard, each area shall be subject to enforceable regulations. The regulations generally distinguish three types of zones:les ‘forbidden building areas’, known as ‘red areas’ or ‘dark blue areas’; ‘areas subject to prescription’, ‘clear blue areas’ or ‘yellow areas’, where the level of hazard is medium and projects are subject to requirements appropriate to the type of issue at stake; areas not directly exposed to risks but where structures, structures, developments or farms, such as forestry, crafts, crafts, etc. are subject to requirements appropriate to the type of issue at stake; areas which are not directly exposed to risks but where buildings, structures, developments or farms, such as forestry, crafts, craftsmanship, or commercial or industrial, are subject to requirements which are likely to be aggravated by the provisions of Article 1. The latter category applies only to RPPs. geographical scope: The regulatory area corresponds to the perimeter of the PPR. In this area, regulations on construction or otherwise within the PPR perimeter have been defined.
