Average price per m² of sales of houses and apartments per municipality in 2019

This dataset offers, at the scale of the French municipalities metropolitan, ** the number of sales of houses and apartments and the average price per m² simple transactions (not multi-sales transactions) for year 2019**.

The dataset is based on DVF data enriched by Etalab for the calculation of the number of sales and the average price per m² AND the data set ADMIN EXPRESS de l’IGN for the nomenclature of municipalities.

The dataset was created in the R software with the “Tidyverse” package. _

Attention: this dataset has no official and institutional value, the result is derived from a methodology that can be greatly improved
