Average price per m² of sales of houses and apartments per municipality in 2019
Description
This dataset offers, **at the scale of the French municipalities** metropolitan, ** the number of sales of houses and apartments** and the **average price per m²** simple transactions (not multi-sales transactions) for **year 2019**.
The dataset is based on [DVF data enriched by Etalab](https://www.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/5cc1b94a634f4165e96436c1/) for the calculation of the number of sales and the average price per m² AND the data set [ADMIN EXPRESS de l’IGN](https://www.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/admin-express/) for the nomenclature of municipalities.
The dataset was created in the R software with the “Tidyverse” package. _
**Attention**: this dataset has no official and institutional value, the result is derived from a methodology that can be greatly improved
