Intrinsic vulnerability of underground tablecloths in Burgundy
Description
Preliminary mapping to the establishment of the network for monitoring phyto-sanitary products in the Burgundy region.Study conducted in 2001 by the BRGM (Regional Geological Service Burgundy)The contours of the different hydrogeological units of equivalent intrinsic vulnerability have been drawn from geological maps at scale 1/50000.The classes of intrinsic vulnerability mapped concern the first economically exploitable aquifer encountered from the surface, i.e. the pools directly threatened by pollution by phytosanitary products. Within the same class, figures superimposed on the color of the class give indications on the lithology of aquifer formations, allowing to specify the type of vulnerability.
