Description
Green Transition Contracts (ETCs) followed by DREAL, updated July 2019. An ecological transition contract (ETC) is a contract signed between the State and public institutions of inter-communal cooperation (EPCI), which provides a framework for the ecological transition actions carried out in this territory by different actors, public and private, through the elaboration of actions and projects with specific objectives.
