Location and data concerning the ICPEs of Burgundy-Franche-Comté whose IC scheme is authorisation (A), registration (E) or authorisation with easement (S).The data, up to date of 22/02/2019, is directly from the regional S3IC database managed by the DREAL BFC and concerns only ICPEs in operation or under construction (project).A facility classified for the protection of the environment (ICPE), in France, is an installation operated or owned by any natural person, whether public or private, which may present dangers or disadvantages for the convenience of residents, health, safety, public health, agriculture, the protection of nature and the environment, the conservation of sites and monuments.Concretely, an ICPE is an establishment (installation) which has an activity corresponding to an activity heading described in a list of the Environmental Code. The classification regime of the CIPE (Seveso, Authorisation, Registration, Reporting) is set by a specific threshold for each item.Note: Reporting ICPEs are not managed by DREAL and are not part of the data package disseminated. Information on this IPE scheme should be sought from the ad-hoc departments or the prefecture of the department concerned.
