Essential data of the grant agreements awarded by the City of Antibes
Description
With the aim of increasing the financial transparency of aid granted by public bodies, local authorities with more than 3500 inhabitants and more than 50 staff, which award grants with an annual amount of more than EUR 23 000, have been obliged, since 1 August 2017, to make the essential data of their grant agreements accessible, in electronic form, in an open standard that can be easily reused and used by an automated processing system. The nature and methods of dissemination of these essential data have been laid down by regulation, through Decree No 2017-779 of 5 May 2017 on access in electronic form to the essential data of the grant agreements, and the Order of 17 November 2017 on the conditions for making available the essential data of the grant agreements.
The corresponding data schema is almost respected, otherwise two columns are added for greater transparency: the term of the agreements and the section of the budget concerned. In addition, all payment dates appear and not only the first and last in the case of instalments.
For the reuse of this game, whose conditions (open license / open license 2.0) are very flexible, it is however mandatory to mention the authorship of the information in the following form: ‘Source: City of Antibes, available on data.gouv.fr, updated on [insert last update date]’. Thank you.
