Local taxation in Antibes
Description
This dataset contains Housing Tax Rates and Land Taxes on Built and Unbuilt Properties, as set by the Commune. For 2021, as a result of the gradual disappearance of the housing tax, this rate is no longer set by the Commune, hence the empty cell. And to compensate for this loss, the State is putting in place a system whereby each municipality is transferred the departmental rate of property tax on built property applied on its territory. Its reference rate for 2021 is thus equal to the sum of the municipal and departmental land tax rates on built properties of 2020.
