Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Am Ruiter Weg — 1st Amendment” of the city boards from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Bplan, 1. Simplified change: on commercially used land, single and semi-detached houses are allowed.
