Prevention of flood risks by overflowing watercourses – Non-dommanial banks of the PLU-H of the Métropole de Lyon
Description
With exceptions, constructions, works or structures must be installed:
— at a minimum distance of 15 metres from the axis of the rivers;
— at a minimum distance of 3 metres from the pipeline axis for nozzled watercourses.
To have a global visibility of the risks of flooding by overflowing watercourses, associate the field movements or flooding by overflow of streams not covered by a PPRNI of the PLU-H of the Métropole de Lyon.
