Reservation perimeter for housing program of the PLU-H of the Métropole de Lyon
Description
Geographical perimeters within U or AU areas, reserved for the implementation of housing programmes, intended for specific categories of housing or accommodation in accordance with Article. L 151-41 4° of the Urban Planning Code.
In case of overlapping of a reservation for housing programs and a sector of social diversity, the rules of section 151-41 4° apply.
