Requirements relating to the quality of the living environment – Heritage built element of the PLU-H of the Métropole de Lyon
Description
Heritage buildings, which correspond to buildings and built elements, identified for their heritage value, pursuant to Articles L.151-19 and R.151-41-3° of the Urban Planning Code, with regard to their cultural, historical or architectural qualities.
The objective of the PLU-H is to ensure the preservation of their characteristics, through their enhancement, restoration or transformation, as well as their scheduling in relation to free spaces.
