Perimeter of the social mix sector of the PLU-H of the Métropole de Lyon
Description
Geographical perimeters, within U or AU areas, where, in case of implementation of a housing program (in one or more buildings) above a threshold defined by the PLU-H, a minimum percentage of the floor area of this program must be allocated to rental housing assisted in accordance with Article L.151-15 of the Urban Planning Code.
In case of overlapping of a reservation for housing programs and a sector of social diversity, the rules of section 151-41 4° apply.
